'The Killing Vote' Episode 2 Recap

The second episode continues with Kim Moo Chan and the Nambu Police looking after the masked man behind the Kiling Vote incident. Due to the creepy mask, everyone refers to the person as Gae Tal.

At this point, Kim Moo Chan is clueless about where to start his search. Interestingly, his group had an additional member from the cybercrime group.

With her data gathering skills, Joo Hyun was asked to work with the Nambu Police' special investigations unit as they worked on the Gae Tal case.

One of the things that they looked for were the clues that would lead them to the possible suspect.

As Kim Moo Chan reviews the clip, he reminds it of Kwon Seok Joo, who was sentenced to imprisonment after taking revenge against the criminal who sexually harassed her 8-year-old daughter.

According to him, everyone in the courtroom is responsible for siding with the real culprit.

Kim Moo Chan was surprised to hear the same phrase again after watching Gae Tal discuss Bae Gi Chul's death. In addition, the mysterious masked man also announced that another perpetrator would be his next victim.

Due to this, the authorities are exerting all efforts to prevent Gae Tal from victimizing another person.

Thankfully, Kim Moo Chan was able to locate the taxi driver who brought Gae Tal to the location.

Upon reading the messages, they found out that he had been threatening his fellow inmates.

On the other hand, Moo Chan learns that Gi Chul's entire wealth was donated to an NGO that works with kids who were victims of sexual assault.

At this point, they suspect that Kwon Seok Joo, who is still in jail, might be the person behind it. With this, Joo Hyun personally spoke to Seok Joo but did not get any vital information regarding the case.
